Colorado Live Events provided complete LED video wall, audio, lighting, and presentation production for NAHREP's Regional Connect Mountain conference at the Halcyon Hotel in Cherry Creek.
The production centered around a 28-panel LED video wall rigged above the stage, supported by a dedicated dual-computer presentation workflow, professional column-array audio, wireless microphones, and stage lighting — all framed by pipe and drape for a clean, branded look throughout the general session and panel discussion.
The centerpiece of the production was a 28-panel LED video wall, built to 12 × 7 feet (3.5 × 2 meters), rigged from a truss and lifted into place with two ground-support towers rather than ground-stacked — keeping the stage floor clear for the panel and giving the display a clean, elevated presence in the room.
Pipe and drape framed the stage on both sides, masking the rigging towers and support structure so the finished environment read as a fully branded stage rather than a temporary AV setup.
Presentation content was managed across two dedicated computers — one running ProPresenter for panel graphics, sponsor branding, and lower thirds, and a second running PowerPoint for speaker slides — with a video switcher handling clean transitions between sources on the fly.
A wireless presenter clicker gave speakers control of their own slides on stage, while our team ran the full show from a dedicated production position throughout the session.
Audio was handled by HK Audio Elements column array speakers, chosen for their even, focused coverage across the seated audience without overpowering a room built for conversation-style panel programming.
A Behringer XAir 18 digital mixer ran front-of-house, with Sennheiser EW-D handheld and lavalier wireless systems miking the moderator and panelists for clear, consistent speech throughout the session.
