Colorado Live Events has partnered with Crocs, Inc. multiple times at their Broomfield, Colorado headquarters, bringing ground-stacked LED video walls to life for a range of internal corporate events — from the HeyDude brand's SS23 Sales & Marketing Conference to the company's Create a Movement annual meeting and market launch events.
Each visit is built around the same goal: a large, sharp LED display that fits cleanly into Crocs HQ's lobby and event spaces, with content built around whichever brand and campaign is on stage that day.
Event Summary
Two LED Configurations for Two Kinds of Events
For the HeyDude brand's SS23 Sales & Marketing Conference, Colorado Live Events brought an 18' × 10' (5.5 × 3 meter) ground-stacked LED wall — sized to anchor a full conference session for a room of sales and marketing staff.
For Crocs' company-wide annual meeting and Create a Movement market launch, the display was scaled to a 12' × 7' ground-stacked configuration — a size built to fit neatly into the HQ lobby alongside the company's living moss wall and branding.
Branded Content for Crocs and HeyDude
Crocs, Inc. operates multiple consumer brands under one roof, and each event called for its own look — from HeyDude's welcome graphics and customer-review content to Crocs' own "Create a Movement" market launch branding.
Colorado Live Events adapted content and show flow to whichever brand and campaign was taking the stage, while keeping the same dependable LED wall setup and on-site support across every visit.

I had the opportunity to work with Jack and his team at Colorado Live Events for a conference event in Denver for a client of mine and I can only say that he is the most dependable and professional guy one can trust all event requirements. My client was super happy and to enhance my client experience, Jack even went out of his way to assist me in printing roll up banners for the event and even did venue meetings on my behalf as I was remotely doing the event sitting out of India.
