1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, requesting services, accepting an estimate or proposal, signing a Service Agreement, submitting a deposit, or making any payment to Colorado Live Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Colorado Live Events unless superseded by a separate written agreement. If a signed Service Agreement exists for a specific event, the terms of that agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

3. Estimates & Bookings

All estimates are provided without obligation and remain valid for the period specified on the estimate.

An event is considered confirmed only after both parties have agreed to the proposal and any required deposit has been received.

4. Payments

Payment schedules are outlined in each estimate, invoice, or Service Agreement.

Payments made by credit card may be subject to a processing fee. ACH and debit card payments are accepted without additional charge.

5. Cancellations

By accepting an estimate, signing a service agreement, paying an invoice or deposit, or using Colorado Live Events’ services, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If the Client cancels an event after equipment, labor, transportation, venue expenses, subcontractors, or other event-related costs have been reserved or committed, Colorado Live Events reserves the right to retain all or part of any deposit and to invoice the Client for any non-recoverable expenses, labor, cancellation fees, or other costs already incurred.

Changes to the event date, venue, schedule, equipment requirements, or scope of work may result in additional charges and are subject to equipment and staff availability.

Colorado Live Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability once equipment, personnel, or subcontractors have been scheduled.

6. Additional Services
