With back-to-back sessions running over three days, the room needed a video and audio system that could keep up without a hitch — dual large-format screens, clean full-room sound, and reliable wireless microphones for a rotating lineup of presenters.
PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS
Two 12-foot projection screens, driven by laser HD projectors, gave every seat in the room a clear view of the "Growing to Greatness" program — from workshop summaries to detailed presentation content, mirrored across both screens.
A video switcher and confidence monitor kept presenters in sync with what the room was seeing, so sessions moved smoothly from one speaker to the next across all three days.
HK Audio Elements column-array speakers delivered even, full-room coverage without overwhelming the space, mixed through a Behringer XAir 18 digital mixer for consistent levels across three days of programming.
Sennheiser EW-D wireless microphones let presenters move freely — walking the room, gesturing, engaging the audience — while Perfect Cue clickers kept them in control of their own slides throughout each session.
