May 13–14, 2026 Four Seasons Denver2-Day Corporate Conference
Event Overview
Colorado Live Events provided complete AV production for a two-day corporate conference hosted in the Grand Ballroom at the Four Seasons Denver.
The production centered around a custom 14 × 3.5 meter LED video wall in a 4:1 format, supported by Resolume, PowerPoint integration, a podium computer, presenter clicker, and confidence monitors. The system was designed to support keynote presentations, video playback, announcements, and branded visual content throughout both event days.
Our team also managed professional audio, wireless microphones, stage lighting, uplighting, playback systems, pipe and drape, intercom communications, and show control from load-in on May 12 through the final session on May 14.
Event Summary
Every Successful Event Begins Long Before the First Attendee Arrives
Load-in began on May 12 with the installation of the large-format LED wall, stage systems, audio, control positions, lighting, and backstage infrastructure.
The 14-meter-wide display required careful alignment, signal distribution, power planning, and system testing before content mapping and rehearsals could begin. Pipe and drape framed the stage, while stage wash and uplighting completed the ballroom presentation.
A Dedicated Workflow for Seamless Show Operation
The conference used a dedicated presentation workflow built around Resolume, PowerPoint, Companion, and Stream Deck.
A computer at the podium allowed presenters to access their content directly, while a wireless clicker and confidence monitors supported natural presentation delivery. The production team maintained control of switching, playback, and display routing from the technical position.
Background music was managed from a dedicated Soundtrack computer, while QLab ran voice-overs and scheduled announcements from a separate playback system. Keeping these functions separated improved reliability and allowed operators to react quickly without interrupting the show.
Clear Speech and Even Coverage Throughout the Ballroom
The main audio system used two JBL SRX906LA line-array elements per side, with two additional SRX906LA cabinets providing front-fill coverage. A dual 18-inch subwoofer was positioned in the center to support walk-in music and event playback.
The Behringer WING Compact handled all audio mixing. AutoMix was used across the conference microphones to maintain consistent speech levels, while matrix routing allowed the front fills to be processed and controlled independently from the main system.
Six Sennheiser EW-D wireless systems with antenna distribution supported both handheld and lavalier microphones. Production intercoms kept the technical team connected throughout the event.
