CLE Presentation Management is not cloud storage, and it is not a Dropbox replacement or a basic upload form.
It is a managed production workflow, operated by Colorado Live Events, built specifically for collecting, organizing, reviewing and preparing the presentations, videos, music, graphics and voice-overs your event depends on.

Project-Based Client Access

Malware Screening
Files are automatically screened for malware before production access. Nothing becomes available until it passes.
Compatible Previews
PDF, image, video and audio files preview directly in the portal once they've cleared screening. PowerPoint and Keynote files are securely stored and prepared for production.
External Media Review
Links to external media such as YouTube inside your presentation are detected and checked, with a local backup recommended as part of our quality-control process.
Production Packages
Approved, show-ready files are compiled into a production package organized by room, ready to hand to the operator running your event.
Version Control
The most recent version of each file is automatically identified as current; earlier versions stay on file instead of getting lost in an email thread.
Private, Project-Based Access
Clients see only the projects assigned to them, never another organization's files or our internal production systems.

Jack and his team at Colorado Live Events are truly outstanding! I had the opportunity to work with Jack and his team at Colorado Live Events for a conference event in Denver for a client of mine and I can only say that he is the most dependable and professional guy one can trust all event requirements. My client was super happy and to enhance my client experience, Jack even went out of his way to assist me in printing roll up banners for the event and even did venue meetings on my behalf as I was remotely doing the event sitting out of India. I was updated real time about the development of the setup and during the event.., so all in all had a great experience with Jack.
