The engagement spanned both a daytime workshop summit and an evening awards celebration, with the video and branding systems reconfigured between rooms to match each part of the program.
PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS
A 12-by-7-foot LED video wall, flanked by two 75" TV monitors, gave the room a bold, branded focal point — running LifeLabs Learning's stage graphics, session schedules, and speaker content in sync across all three screens.
Switchers and dedicated show computers kept content moving cleanly between sessions, with presentation clickers giving speakers control from the stage.
A multiviewer, switcher, and lighting console ran the show from a dedicated tech position at the back of the room, giving our team live control over every screen and lighting look throughout the day.
HK Audio Elements column-array speakers, mixed through a Behringer XAir 18, kept sound even and clear across the full room for both presentations and open discussion.
As the day turned to evening, the same room transformed for an awards celebration — the LED wall and TV monitors switched over to awards-show branding, with uplighting shifting the mood from workshop-bright to banquet-purple.
